Signing a Document with eDO App
Ensure you have an ID with a digital layer prepared.
Make sure your smartphone has NFC feature enabled.

On Your Phone:
Confirm Operation: Open the eDo App on your smartphone and scan the QR code
Provide CAN Number
Provide PIN number: Input your personal PIN number associated with the eDO App.
Connect with NFC: Place the ID with which you want to sign the document near your smartphone’s NFC function.
Possible Issue: QR Code Validity Expiry In case the QR Code validity expires, you will need to regenerate it and repeat the steps.

Signing a Document with SimplySign
Prepare your smartphone: ensure your smartphone is connected to the internet and connection is stable.
Download SimplySign App: download and install the SimplySign application from your device’s app store. You can download it here.
Signing Process:
Authorise the Signing Process: launch the SimplySign app and authorise the signing process.
Log In to SimplySign: log in to your SimplySign account within the application.
Receive and Enter the Token: upon logging in, you will receive a token. Enter the provided token in the designated field.
Provide Card Number and PIN: on the next screen, input your card number and associated PIN code.
Confirmation and Document Signing: Confirm the provided information and initiate the signing process. One confirmed, the document will be digitally signed.
Note: ensure you have a stable internet connection throughout the process. If you encounter any issues or errors, refer to the SimplySign application’s support resources for assistance.
Signing a Document with IDnow
Prepare your ID Card or Passport: ensure your ID card or passport has a digital layer for online verification. To check if your document is compatible, click here.
Prepare your smartphone: ensure your smartphone is connected to the internet and the connection is stable.
Form submission: fill out the provided form with your full name, nationality, email, and phone number.
Signing process:
Mobile device usage: use your mobile device, either within the dedicated IDnow App or via compatible browser.
Confirmation: confirm your intent to proceed with a document signing process.
Camera steps: follow the on-screen instructions to: – scan the document using your camera – take a video selfie for verification – confirm the displayed number for authentication
Start Signing: begin to signing process as indicated on the screen.
Verification Details Submitted: confirmation that your verification details have been successfully submitted.
Processing and Document Signed: Please wait while your data is being processed. Once completed, your document is successfully signed.
Signing a Document with mSzafir
Option 1: Using Existing Certificate:
Certificate selection: Choose to use your existing digital certificate for document signing.
Option 2: Generating One-Time Certificate
Bank Account Selection: Select the option to generate a one-time certificate using a bank account from PKO BP, Inteligo, PEKAO, mBank or ING bank.
Redirect to Provider’s Website: You will be redirected to the selected bank’s website for verification.
Confirmation and Identity Verification: Confirm your intent to proceed with the document signing process. Choose the bank from the list where you have an account for identity verification. Log to your bank account. Note: You might need to log in twice for security purposes.
Document Signing: After successful login, you can proceed to sign your document.
